I had a hard-to-sell house. A fixer-upper. I had 3 flippers come in and wouldn't touch it. I had 2 other realtors come in and they were not at all enthused that they would be able to sell it. Stephanie was the only one who was optimistic to sell my house. She had it sold in just over 2 weeks. She also helped get me a couple contractors to do some of the touch-up work needed to close the deal. Through it all - Stephanie was right there with answers, suggestions, and a positive attitude

Stephanie has been an absolute dream to work with. She has reached out to us at all hours to provide us with updates as well as encouragement that things are going well.
